Three layers of cleaning and maintenance of the film blower

To clean the three-layer co-squeezing film, there are a few methods you can utilize. These include using a copper knife or stick, as well as compressed air, but be careful not to harm the screw's smooth surface and screw. It's essential to maintain the integrity of the equipment during cleaning.

It is recommended to check the deceleration device and lubrication device before using the three-layer co-squeezing film. This is to prevent any damage or unwanted noise caused by dry operation. Taking such precautions can ensure that the machinery remains in good condition and that the production process runs smoothly.

If you want to enhance the quality of your paint film, it's important to pay attention to factors such as molding temperature, cooling wind temperature, and foaming rate within the film formation range. Increasing these factors will likely result in a higher level of turbidity for the paint film, coupled with a reduction in gloss. On the other hand, if you decrease these factors, you may experience an improvement in gloss and clarity. So, it's essential to strike a balance between these variables to achieve optimal results when painting.

To achieve a uniform mold, it is important to put on gloves for safety before carefully pulling up the pipe blank. Next, it’s advisable to turn off the end of the tube blanks and slightly open the air intake regulating valve. This must be followed by injecting a small amount of compressed air into the mold. The core stick should be directed to the center, then guided through the stable foam framework and human shape. The traction roller and the guide roller come in handy during this winding process. Ensure to press the flower roller in case of a pressure flower.

To avoid resin adhesion causing blockage at the inlet mouth, it is crucial to maintain a lower temperature for the inlet section of the three-layer co-squeezing film. Additionally, in the feed section, the resin undergoes continuous compression, necessitating the discharge of air from the feed inlet towards the back. Although the feed inlet of the three-layer co-squeezing film machine is not directly heated, the machine transmits heat, resulting in a temperature range of approximately 50-90 degrees Celsius for the feed inlet. Consequently, the temperature of the feeding part starts at 50-90 degrees and gradually increases until it reaches the melting point or sticky temperature. It is advisable to implement linear heating for this section. By making these adjustments, resin adhesion and potential blockages can be effectively prevented in the three-layer co-squeezing film machine.
