Thanks to the integration of an agglomerator, there's no need to rely on an additional crusher to break down large pieces of film. The pre-broken material also helps to boost the machine's overall output.

Our polythene bag recycling machine is equipped with a roller that incorporates a vacuum degassing area, allowing it to effectively handle a large quantity of printing film waste. To ensure a clean and efficient process, both the material unpacking and material separation stages are completely enclosed. Additionally, each stage is equipped with a dust collector, preventing any dust leakage and reducing noise levels. Furthermore, our equipment is specifically designed to separate broken packaging bags from the materials, eliminating the risk of waste bags being mixed in or remaining in the separation device.
